I've been told that I need to find ways to de-stress. I've followed two guided meditations in two days. Thank you Google. I was surprised that it brought up emotions, that I dealt with. Cleared some old baggage. And I was completely surprised that it lowered my heart rate by that much yesterday. My resting HR is usually 78ish. Yesterday after my 'session' it was 66. I'll keep it in my routine along with prayer.
