Week 2 of my fitness streak-Recovery

Week 2 of water jogging is completed. I've gone nearly every day for at least an hour. I had personal trainer session yesterday. He's trying to work within my restrictions and limitations, so we did a lot of core, ab, and leg work. I've been sore. It feels good to know that I am rebuilding muscle. I am still waiting on my incredibly cute swim cap to come in the mail. It's supposed to be here today. I ordered a second suit yesterday because it's not fun putting a damp suit on, and it doesn't always completely dry in a day. I've gone down like 2 pounds, but I feel better and that is what matters most to me. My swim cap came :) I am going to be the biggest nerd at the pool
