So I've been terrible not sticking to anything for weeks and my weight at least just stays even.. Last night after eating a super fattening Mexican restaurant dinner I decided to go to Wal-mart and set myself up for success. I got 4 smart ones frozen lunches and 6 breakfast jimmy dean d-liteful breakfast frittata muffins and frozen fruit for smoothies. Today I've had Just what I planned with the frittata muffin and a smart ones + a bag of 40% less fat kettle chips. Husband will make tiny steaks and pasta for dinner. I'll measure my pasta. I'll try to stick to something similar the rest of the week. Might go out of town this Sunday but until I go I'll stick to my plan. Maybe do more fresh foods on Saturday.
