Day 10... Change in schedule

Today, I was scheduled to work the early shift @ work (6 am - 2 pm). With my whole afternoon open, I slept in until 4:00 am, skipping my morning workout w/ Coach Nicole (video).
The weirdest thing... My entire day felt 'off'. It felt as if something was missing & I didn't know what it was. In reality, it was the 'change' to an otherwise normal routine.
This was however, ok because I had had plenty of time after work for a nap & workout.
Has anyone ever tried a PB2 protein shake? Needing to boost my protein intake, I tried one at the new coffee shop in the store where I work. It was awesome!! 313 calories / 47 g of protein... Not bad for a 16 oz. beverage.
