Nov 12 Short Term Goal check in

167.6 this morning. Didn’t lose anything in three days but not too dissapointed because traveling in the car 9 hours since Friday afternoon and eating out the last two days plus sitting and watching the Penn State game in the bar eating bar food and drinkin beer. I excercise portion control. My husband was Three pounds heavier this morning because he didn’t. I also made sure I walked around the rink a few times and had over 12000 steps.....shivering for 6 hours on the bench coaching also helped.
Use Portion Control when you can’t help but have a beer and a plate of nachos!
