I am grateful today:

1. For my country
2. For my father-in-law who served in WWII
3. For my husband who served 20 years in the USN.

And for ALL men and women who have stood on the wall and said, "Not on my watch!"

    I really like your blog. I love the thought since it is so true! And yes, let's honor our veterans. My great-grandfather served in WW I in Puerto Rico where I was born and raised, and my father served in the Korean War. Thanks for sharing. emoticon emoticon

    Grateful for my grandfather who served during WWII, my father in law who served during the Korean War, my two uncles and friends who served during Vietnam, and my step-son who served two tour of duties in Afghanistan.
