Victory is sweet. I will take a moment to celebrate.
And, then, continue my journey toward more weight loss and better health and wellness.
I never before had several weeks where I could not take the weight off, though I was working my Plan. This takes the patience of a saint.
Taking my MIL out for lunch to use a gift card she was given (I know, I don't need a food event). My SIL, her daughter will join us. Afterwards, we will visit DS3 and wife so that SIL can meet the new baby, and see their new house.
Weight loss, 2# down, and a total of 10# down for the Fall 5% Weight Loss Challenge
Achieved 5% weight loss for the Challenge. It feels good to be ahead of the curve for once.
Manage my food event effectively. Stay the course with food and fitness Plan.
Work on client work.
