Energized... Day 7

I had another day off of work today... Decided to make up for 'slacking' yesterday by focusing on eating healthy & exercising more today.
Experimented with lunch today by creating a sautéed veggie wrap w/ a homemade dressing... At only 266 calories, the wrap was awesome!
Tonight's dinner is a baked chicken breast w/ a small side of pasta & veggies.
