This weekend challenge has me setting goals that should challenge me but be attainable. So during his weekend, Friday through Monday, I will...

Cardio: Complete a minimum of 20 minutes 3 days fo a total of 60 minutes. I will do this using walking DVD, seated cardio DVD or using my recumbent stationary bike.

Relaxing or meditation: I will spend 30 minutes per day during he weekend challenge either mediating or relaxing.

Strength training: I will complete one session on Saturday and one session on Monday. I ill record the exercises for each session.

Sleep: I will go to bed, use the sleep timer on the television and try to get at least 6 hours of sleep. I will use the readout on my Fitbit to determine my success.

Nourishment: This is the most difficult goal for me as this weekend is my birthday weekend. I will be having breakfast out on Friday as well as dinner out with friends or family on Friday and Saturday. I can determine Sunday and Monday's meals; I can pre-track breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Friday, I can record my brunch and inner selections as I do know where I am eating. Not sure how I should handle the points for nutrition.
