Fitness tipping point

I recently found myself looking forward to my morning exercise...I had gone from dreading it, but doing it because I know I have to...to dreading it, because it is 5am, but actually looking forward to it! And, when I am done, I can feel all those happy chemicals in my body coursing through me! Then I read an article about the fitness tipping point, when you go from dreading exercise to enjoying exercise...Finally, after all these years, I have reached my fitness tipping point! Yay!
