As of last Friday, I began my walking again. As soon as I started doing my serious stepping, my neck stopped hurting. Then my sciatica was getting better. I did have really bad pain in my calfs over the weekend, but that went away by Monday.

I am back up to 10,000 plus steps a day. I am doing my Fitbit challenges again and my exercise for the 5% challenge. I have been back on my treadmill or going to the Y.

Today I rode a horse!!! Yes finally a real horse. Not my horse, but a horse. I just walked and worked on my 2 point, but I am a step closer to riding JC.

I feel so much better. I am sleeping better. Nothing hurts. I walk so I can live. I never realized how important movement is. I get up and make sure to get in 30 minutes of walking within 30 minutes of waking up. Then I walk every hour. I am not going to stop walking.

Walking is good for me. Walking makes me feel better.

Now I need to work on my eating. That hasn't been so good lately. But, one step at a time emoticon emoticon emoticon
