Detracting from weight loss.

I just finished reading a blog from another member, and sent her this message.
I really appreciated your comment about clutter detracting from weight loss.
I have been wondering for a couple of days now why I have been sabotaging myself by lower exercise minutes and eating candy. Yes, you are right! I have let clutter appear in nearly every room in my house. You know, going in to the room to find something, but have to take a couple things out of drawers to get what I came in for. I have been leaving the things I don't need lay around. Hence, there is clutter.
Looks like I will have to get busy again and do what I need to do in order to be successful.
I appreciate all the stories we tell on ourselves.
