As I mentioned before, I work in a bakery full time... That's 8+ hours on my feet 5 days a week. Talking with someone at work about my weight loss goal, I was asked if I ever calculated the number of calories I burn while at work.
Truth? I honestly never gave it much thought until today. Thus, I added in the amount of time I spent on my feet doing various tasks... On average, I burned over 1,000 calories at work alone.
Looking at my calculation, I was shocked!
Not really considering that a workout, my goal is to find time to squeeze in short, 15-20 minute workouts daily (or as much as possible).
