At least 10 minutes of cardio a day -
Drink at least 64oz. of water each day -
At least 7 hours of sleep every night -
Steps - 4250 + steps - 5 days out of 7 - 4 / 7 - another day closer to the goal...
Log food at least 3 days (did step this one up) --
Goals to work toward for the week -

If winter hasn't arrived here, it's giving us a sneak preview... Supposed to be around 0F tonight... It may get up to freezing by the end of the week. At least today, the wind was not bad.
We have a bit of snow on the ground.
