My October goal was to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I started off the month well, but I didn't finish the month well. My goal for November is the same, to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I hope to get back in the habit of regular exercise.
Sometimes it's life that gets in our way. I used to be very active until I got hit by a car in mid-October. I am unable to weight bear for 2 months and believe me, one never knows what they have until it's gone. Just keep working at it. You can do this! 230 days ago
