Wow! Starting to feel freer yet more dependent on tracking.

When I hit my highest 2017 weight in September I knew I needed to ask for help. Luckily my husband responded positively and I started counseling to deal with stress eating. I'm feeling freer from the clutches of food, especially sugar, and have lost 10 pounds with tracking and staying in weight loss calorie range. I didn't track until late today and felt lost not knowing my calorie count for the day. What a surprise! I believe tracking is becoming a daily health habit I depend on! Yay!
