Weighing Myself

I have decided to weigh myself every single day. I was eating short ribs, so yummy and so full of fat. Also I was having 2 slices of Ezekiel bread. Plus I was putting a tiny bit of milk in my coffee. Well all these things were okay...yet they were not. For me. I will know which days I ate too much salt or am down because I took a water pill. Which I rarely do. I just remembered I had a half of dill pickle yesterday! Okay whatever the problem is, I don't want it brought to my attention, weeks after it has happened. I am almost in maintenance, and this is what I am doing! Let me know if you think I am an idiot, but I am doing this anyway! It took me over a year to lose this weight (40 pounds) and I don't want it back on! Love to all. Happy Halloween. Remember it is just Tuesday!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
