Tips and tricks to help me stay on track, lose this weight and maintain and sustain a healthy lifestyle. I have a new knee (I wonder how long I will refer to this knee as new! It is new as of June 23rd.) My biggest challenge is the concept of once. I will only eat too much once. What can it hurt? It is only once. However, this rationalization happens more than once. I go over my calories range more than once! So yes it does affect my weight loss! No more rationalizing. Think before you bite it! I can do this and stay within my calorie range and lose this weight and not find it again!
