FINALLY - dropped one pound!

Weather here was pretty good most days, except for a couple with WIND ! However, this next week will have a cool off - not quite winter, but getting closer... Probably have frost every morning.

Goals I had for the week -

At least 10 minutes of cardio a day - emoticon
Drink at least 64oz. of water each day - emoticon
At least 7 hours of sleep every night - emoticon

Steps - 4250 + steps - 5 days out of 7 - 3/7 - a bit of an improvement
Log food a couple days - emoticon - actually got 3 days logged


Goals to work toward for the week -

Log food at least 3 days (gonna step this one up a bit)
