Chapter 27, Day 21...math doesn't add up

I've had a good streak going this week. I was On Plan with foods all week, cutting calories for the week by 10,773 alone, without factoring in calories use for my fitness minutes. It should have been good for a weight loss of 2-3#. 3500 less calories equals 1# of weight loss. Nope. I lost a half pound. I've been cheated out of results I earned. emoticon emoticon

This is inexplicable to me. I did not build muscles that weigh more as I did not strength train.
My sodium level's been low. My probable cause is Sunday: most of day's calories were consumed on 1 restaurant meal instead of spread out evenly across the day.

Nothing to do but move on and focus on today's battle.

New grandbaby Alexandra and I got acquainted with one another this week. It was the big move day to their new home, so I had her for the day. Just three weeks old now, she did a lot of sleeping.

WEEK'S POSITIVES
Ongoing Streak.
Scale needle moved downward....itty, bitty, bit....but downward nonetheless
Enjoyed a nice long day with new grandbaby, Alexandra

CAN DOs
Stay positive despite a disappointing weight loss
Eat on plan, get in 10+ fitness minutes, drink 8 glasses of water daily
Keep plowing through the client work

I re-read my CAN DOs, and it reads grim. Push, push , push. That sums it up. Battle for the new week begins now.

I'm worth it. emoticon

    So long as it is moving in the right direction, that's something. Perhaps this week you'll see an inexplicable drop.
    Newborns do sleep a lot for sure. Still, a fun way to spend a day
