I survived the 4th of July!

I actually had a very good week - I walked 5 days this week, and even though I over-indulged on the 4th, I still did pretty well (I lost 1 pound, better than gaining 1!) I feel I'm ready to start strength training in combination with my walking, so I'm looking forward to trying something new. Also, I've found some interesting recipes on DiscoveryHealth.com that I want to try. Have a great week everybody!
