Today was day 10 on my new journey toward weight loss. For the firs time since I began I was Hungry. And Craving. If there had been someone I could call to bring me a burger, that probably would have happened. I managed to assuage the hungrr with an apple and tsp of peanut butter and then my soup. I'm taking a couple of extra home canned soup to work for more such occasions.
