Sigh of Relief: Back to Regular Life

Last week was insanely overbooked, but fortunately, this week can go back to normal. Here are my plans:
Dinner: a Spark Solution breakfast recipe (sounds weird, but seriously, it will be great for dinner!)
Workout: Hmmm...this is a tough one. I know I SHOULD go to taekwondo. Perhaps I'll do the 7:00 class and leave at 7:45 to pick up my daughter. Certainly, I can handle 45 minutes, right? This also gives me plenty of time to re-center after work and make a proper dinner.
L: Turkey on sandwich thin, apple
D: Spark Solution One-dish Southwestern Chicken. My hubby doesn't like it, but...WAIT! I'll make that TONIGHT while he's at work! Yes! Fewer complaints!
Workout: Walk the dog. It's parent conference night at two different schools, so time will be limited. That's okay. The German Shepherd and I can walk it out.
