Still hanging on to the same stubborn pounds...
We had a pretty nice week of Indian Summer. Very windy here today with rain showers. That may be our share of the "river in the sky" that drenched the Pacific Northwest, as we have sunny days predicted again for this week.
Goals from the past week -
At least 10 minutes of cardio a day -
Drink at least 64oz. of water each day -
At least 7 hours of sleep every night -
Steps - 4250 + steps - 5 days out of 7 - still only 2/7
Log food a couple days - Got breakfast logged 6/7, lunches a couple days, but no suppers...

Gotta work on getting my exercise (steps) done in the morning instead of waiting until evening.
Power was out here tonight for 1.5 - 2 hours, presumably as a result of a wind gust. Fortunately it was about 50F outside during that time, so it didn't get really cool inside.
Made some chicken noodle soup this afternoon with homemade noodles - lunches for the week...
