Managing to Maintain

This was a really rough week schedule-wise. Meals were grab and go, exercise never happened, and sleep with minimal. It took all of my willpower just to log into Spark every day and not simply give up. I faced my weekly weigh in with absolute dread.
And it was okay. Somehow I managed to maintain my weight over the course of this crazy week. Instead of dread, I feel relief and a revitalized energy to keep pushing forward. Whew!
