In August my doctor increased my blood pressure medication to include a water pill. She was concerned about the lower number as it was still high. The addition of the water pill brought along weight loss. A co-worker noticed. She said some people would love to lose weight and she wished she could take a water pill. This women is thin and goes to the gym all the time. She would live in one if she could. It ticked me off. Who doesn't like weight loss, but losing it because I need to take a blood pressure pill...come on. I would rather not have to take the medicine.
