Back on the Grind and in Need of Suggestions!

It took me longer to get back on track than anticipated...had a few false starts but I am recommitting to getting this weight off (again). While I gained 10 of the 35-40lbs I lost previously, I feel like it's a ton and can really tell it's back with a vengeance (my pants hate me). My cholesterol is back up. my energy has been low, and I am just not feeling good in general. Subsequently, I am back with the nutritionist, tracking my food, and being more active (although exercise is definitely an area in desperate need of improvement). Since I work in IT and am basically at my desk ALL damn day...I am looking for ways to be more active (other than standing and walking whenever possible). I would really like some form of exercise equipment that I can do at my desk (balance balls have been banned for safety reasons). Any suggestions would be great as I know sitting here this much isn't good for my goals, health, or mental sanity!
