New Resolve (AGAIN)

Life has been hectic to say the least. I have been learning how to juggle a new job, a renewed commitment to better sleep, and returning to school to pursue my doctorate in education. It has definitely been a struggle these last 6 weeks or so. Unfortunately something had to go. Guess what it was.......the gym. (And I won't even mention the state of my house!)
Given that, I am determined to get back on track and get back in the gym. Now that I am not feeling as overwhelmed, I am recommitted to getting to the gym 3 or more days a week. I cannot do the bootcamp class I love right now (it is too late at night and affects my sleep), but I will happily weight train and use the recumbent bike and enjoy that time I have eeked out of my schedule for this. And schedule I must! It is the only way I can ensure I get to the gym. Clothes are in the truck. Shoes too. And I am resolved to get back there.
How do you ensure you get your exercise in? What types of strategies do you use to help you stay on track?
