Well it's Wednesday and the week so far has been good. Went to the gym again last night and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and was able to close all 3 rings on my Apple Watch Activity app, activity calories, activity minutes, and standing. That's 2 days in a row for all three goals met.
I will need to find a way to close them all today, since I may not be able to make it to the gym need to be with the granddaughters at gymnastics until their father comes after work. Maybe I will pull out my weights and exercise bands and do something at home, along with the housework may be able to meet my goals.
Doing pretty well with the tracking challenge, I have been tracking everything first thing in the morning and adjusting as needed. Have stayed within my calories for the last 3 days (counting today), without using the activity calories to cover.
Hoping this shows on the scale on Saturday.
