Chapter 27, Day 10

Hello, day. My schedule as of late, has me confused on what is breakfast and what is my dinner meal.....I suppose there are worse problems to resolve, lol....
Sunday to Monday, I worked 3rd and first shifts, back to back, sacrificing my sleep time. I came home from clients, had a light lunch, and went to bed. After 6 hours of sleep, I am up to work 3rd shift to get out a client deliverable. I squeezed in a light meal, drank 2 more cups of water, and got some fitness minutes in to meet the day's goal's before the clock struck midnight. Whew....stilll On Plan! While it's not overly busy right now with client work, I did not work much from the past Tues through the weekend and needed to. Instead, I spent time with the family and on "me" time. I especially value my family time, so I have no regrets.
Thankful to still be on Plan after 10 successful days.
No snacking challenges yesterday....my brain had no idle time to fit that in, lol.
Got a nagging client task off my "to do" list in prep of upcoming audit
Track, drink 8 cups of water, get 10+ fitness minutes in, eat on Plan
Knock out another client deliverable
Take time to do a little sparking while I enjoy my first cup of coffee for the day
I am taking time to "smell the roses"
