Ugh and crud

Nothing really wrong,other than feeling like a blob today. The weight is at 228, which, frankly isn't that far out of line, given the highly social weekend i just had. Wasn't too horrible food wise, but beer wise, I did indulge. But, given the daily variation I mentioned previously, I'm expecting that to even out. The problem is that the new balance point seems to be in the 225 range, and I need that to start getting lower. Made it to the gym a couple of times last week, but I'm feeling somewhat sore, the knees and elbows whining after playing pickleball. Not really sure what the left elbow is whining about, since it's not really involved in the play, but there you have it.

Expect I need to throw some ST into the mix, as that hasn't been part of the program for a long time. Maybe it's time to fire up those SP vids again to mix things up.
