You know, I just saw my goals (to update them). The first was "Get to a size 18".

I have been a size 18 for a while now.

The other thing is, when I updated my tracker, I have lost 41 pounds since I started this.

That's a big deal.

So this is me, telling me, you're moving!

The daunting part? There's another 50 - 70 to go. That's a big mountain to look at. But...half way is half way, yes?

Really 150 is not my goal. My end goal is 130 - 135. So ... that's what? Yup. 65-70 pounds to go.

Wugga. So I guess I will approach this the same way I did the first bit...the same amount of time is going to pass one way or another. I can spend it trying, or I can do nothing and guarantee that nothing changes.

Let's not do the latter.

    You can do it...one pound at a time. Persistence not perfection will get us to goal. I started needing to lose 91 pounds. Now I have 34 to go. Take it one day at a time and keep moving forward. I wish you continued success.
