Wow! Only 2 1/2 months left for 2017 - didn't we just start it??
Weight about the same this week as last, looked like it could have dropped a fraction of a pound, it's hard to tell with my old analog scale...
Goals from last week --
At least 10 minutes of cardio a day -
Steps - 4250 + steps - 5 days out of 7 - 1/7
Drink at least 64oz. of water each day - 7/7 -
At least 7 hours of sleep every night - 7/7 -
Log food a couple days - Parts of 3 days...
My nutrition definitely needs improvement. I do have oatmeal measured out for breakfast for 3 days, all ready with craisins in a bowl - just add water and nuke... With banana and milk it's a good breakfast. It's the other meals and the snacking at work that need attention.
