One week to go

So I have a doctors appointment next week. He wanted me to lose 10 pounds and get my glucose numbers out of the HIGH 200's. I have lost 5 pounds and my numbers are between 134-180 for glucose so far. I have been doing more watchful eye on my carb intake and tried different exercises. Hoping this last week I can get the additional 5 pounds off to show doc I am doing my best. It's been real hard to get that last 5 pounds off. When I start to do so, it bounces right back up, I am watching my diet, so I don't know what is happening. This has been the issue for the past 3-4 months. I really don't know why I keep plateauing. The doctor has seen my menu of foods, through my spark page , and he was satisfied with my food. I definitely know I can not eat bread at all, it spikes my numbers so badly. So that is 100% out of my diet. So, I might just have to take the docs advise and try a trainer. Hopefully they can teach me the right exercise for my body in order to lose weight.
