Don’t forget to take your rests and listen to your body cues. Even great music benefits from the pauses and rests, the rhythm not static but staccato with life and body of its own. I walked 5000 steps plus for 40 day’s without a break. Then I got my cold, sore throat , cough , laryngitis. Hmm. I know I rested from my other exercise but not my walking. Yesterday I did. Pooped out. I have my freelance work to get done so have to stay on target with that. And I’m supposed to have a phone conference tomorrow with one of my clients. I’m just hoping I have a Voice by then. Back to the job at hand. At least I font have to talk with anyone right now.
