Mixed emotions while losing weight.

Wednesday, October 11, 2017

Recently I've noticed having mixed emotions with my weight loss. On one hand I'm ecstatic to have loss over 200lbs in 2 yrs. On the other hand, I still feel the same huge me. I still feel the same and sometimes I don't feel the changes.

My DH has been a huge support, encourages me, and praises my success. It helps me when I feel those moments. It makes me realize that others like me might need that same support. I want to be that same support that I get.

Sp is the way to do it.

We find it amazing how great our results can be by following the suggestions of SP. Including the consumption of water.

I have tried everything for 30 years and always yo-yo'd back and forth. Since Jan 1 there has been over 30 lbs lost.

It all begins someplace and you just started there.

My niece is anorexic. As her mother was telling me about how my niece views herself, I saw that when I lost weight in the past, I had that same problem. I still saw myself as being too big, no matter what the scale or mirror said. It is a perception problem. Odd, huh. Anyway, I think it takes TIME for our brains to adjust to the new US, and it takes time and practice to learn to think in different ways about ourselves. I am proud of you. I have a hard time losing more than 5 pounds right now. Course, I just started (again). God bless your mind.

200 lbs. in 2 years is amazing! Wow! I've lost 55 in 8 months. Sometimes I think I'm going to be the weight I started at when I stand up. This month it's finally really setting in that I may really get out of

I feel the same way although my loss as not been as successful as yours. I lost 138 lbs and I had people telling me how sick I looked, although I felt better than I ever did. And now sadl I have gained 40 of those lbs back, I am still working at it. Great job You should be very proud.
