You Are Better Than You Think You Are

We've all been there where we feel we can't do it (whatever your "it" is). The truth is you are stronger/better than you think you are. We talk our self out of doing so many things because we think we can't. We need to learn to remove "can't" from our vocabulary unless it is something truly harmful to you. Stop making excuses and just do it. I am so bad at this and it is something I need to remind myself. Also don't give up. Don't give up on yourself, your dreams, your health. You are worth it!!! A lot of times we stop too soon and if you don't push yourself you will never know what you can do or what you can accomplish.

So the point is, you can do it!!!
