From The New Fast Food by Jill Nussinow, This is one of our favorite ways to cook and eat dark red kidney beans (dried, then soaked). The African curry spice really adds depth of flavor. I highly recommend not only this recipe, but The New Fast Food cookbook. We love everything in this vegan pressure cooking cookbook.
