The foundation of my goals 10/7-12/31

1. Walk 10,000 steps each day
2. Eat healthier foods
3. Eat out only once a week
4. Drink 64 oz. a day
5. Stay within my calorie range 1,200 / 1,400
6.Deep water hydro class 2 X a week
7. Shallow water exercise 2X a week
8. Keep sodium around 1,000 a day
9. Do wall pushups starting with I on the 1st and add one more each day for a month.
10. Do one chair sit up on day 1 of the month and add one more each day of the month
11. Ride mini bike 10 min in the morning and 10 min every night
12 Thigh master (arms /thighs) 5 nights a week
13. Weigh 199 or lower the morning of 1/1/18
