When you feel strong

Yesterday was quite the day at PT, and by last night I felt the effects of the extra demanding work I did. I felt it some in the night, but got up, and used my TENS unit (ok, I ate some pb gf crackers and a glass of milk) Then I went back to sleep. Got up sore. Did 28 minutes of yoga, stretches, and weights, followed by 15 minutes on the wii fit balance board. mostly balance, and step board, a little yoga. Then ate breakfast.
Now, I need to work. I have two projects. One due Monday or Tuesday, the other due Friday. and that is between dr. and pt visits.
Procrastinate no more! That is a vanishing cream I will apply upon myself right about Now....
