250 Day Streak - A Self Pep Talk

I've logged into this site every day for 250 days.
Obviously I've made huge progress, right?
Not so much.
I've lost roughly 7 pounds in just over 8 months. Not exactly lightning speed here.
I suppose a loss is a loss, granted, but when I stop to look at how slow the scale is moving I can't help but get a little depressed.
A loss is a loss.
I have healthy habits. I've had to buy new clothes. I can do things now, at almost 40, that I could NEVER have done in my 20s.
I may be a tortoise, but I will win the race.
