Time to get back at it

Had a great summer vacation that finished in August with food poisoning. The one bonus is my weight gain from the vacation dropped off rather quickly. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months. So since I am starting to feel a bit better, and my body is being weaned back onto food, I think its a good time to make changes with what is added back. I started out good by buying whole foods the last grocery shop, but then the thermocoupler thingy on my fridge went and I am waiting on the part before restocking. Being sick for several weeks I dropped most of the unhealthy stuff out of my diet, it is just keeping up and not getting lost in the processed foods sections. Also started going on walks again, and bike riding yesterday. Picked up the dumbbells as well and am going to start working out on the wii fit and the videos on this site with them. Got a game plan in action and it feels good to be back on track to a healthy lifestyle.
