Remembering to mesure and log

Oops I did it again I forgot to log in and track my food. Got off track this week because I had to close the spark pages my computer was running slow. I always forget to log back in but if I have it up in a separate tab I can just add the food as I go during the day or before bed.
Saturday threw me off track too because the car wouldn't start and I couldn't get home. I had to get my mom to come out late at night and pick me up so I could go home, and get her to take me to and from work, fortunately I got it fixed by the end of Monday but it messed me up and made it hard to get anything done this weekend that I needed to. emoticon
We also discovered that my sis is getting a food prep block even the relatively simple tasks she doesn't want to do when I'm not home. So even thou our week of food plan starts on Sunday we didn't start food prep til Monday, but we got it done except one of the dinner we still have to get prepped.
Today we have gotten so many things prepped we have no more room in the Fridge to finish the meals up. We're figuring out a lot of issues that we have and making plans to fix all the issues were having. one of the problems we are having is that the casseroles we made while tasty and mostly healthy we didn't measure them so have no idea of the cal content. Therefore the original recipe versions are guestimation and wont be accurate till we do round two and can measure and calculate the new recipes out. emoticon
Going to try logging for the rest of the week and see what I can do.
