I joined Sparkpeople 477 days ago and since joining I have reached my weight-loss goal and I have become physically fit. I no longer have diabetes, hypertension or gout. I could barely walk when joining Sparkpeople and I had to use a walker. Since that time I exercise daily and I have become much stronger and now I can walk, run, and jog for up to an hour per session. I'm 70 years old and I feel that I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm enjoying the rush everyday.
