September review and October goals

In August I had stopped exercising altogether, so my September goal was to exercise at least four days a week. I was halfway successful -- I met my goal two out of four weeks. I think maybe I was making it too much of an option whether or not to exercise. So I'm changing my tactic this month and aiming to exercise every day for at least ten minutes. Hopefully I'll start a good exercise streak.
