Back down that pound...
Traveled to northwestern Montana a week ago for a memorial service for my cousin's cousin. My travel was pretty good, but my sister coming from Seattle hit a deer between Bonners Ferry and Sandpoint, Idaho, so she had to be rescued. A family friend went and got her. She still hasn't gotten an estimate on the SUV. It's old enough that the insurance company will probably total it.
My progress (or lack thereof) for the past couple weeks --
At least 10 minutes of cardio a day -
the first week, but lost my streak on last Sunday. Will have to start a new streak today. Last streak was 206 days.
Steps - 4250 + steps - 5 days out of 7 -- 2 days out of 14
Drink at least 64oz. of water each day -

At least 7 hours of sleep every night -- 13 of 14 - that counts as a win!
Log food a couple days -- 0 of 14 days
Next week -

We had lovely weather the past week, but now it has turned cold and rainy and will be that way until mid-week.
