October already..

My goals for October are as follows

watch portions, measure and weigh my food

plan meals, do most of my own cooking

take time for me, stop trying to please everyone

find new ways to exercse

think happy thoughts, be positive and stop looking back....the future is in front of you

never ever give up....

Do my best every day and learn to forgive your self when you stumble
