Getting Back on Track

By mid-July, I had lost a total of 13 pounds and was getting ready for my move back to the U.S. I got really off schedule once I returned. I was so busy with finding housing, a car, and getting settled that I didn't have time to track. I was still exercising, but it became less and less. It has now been two months, and I have only managed to lose an additional 8 pounds. I'm trying to get back in the groove of things. It continues to be a struggle as my husband is still overseas, and I am currently a single mom of four.
