september 28th 2017 - BMI was 28.5 - 90.2 kg and fatpercent: 34.2
November 16th 2017 - 88.5 kilo, fatpercent 32.7
October 9th 2017 monday- 89.8 kilo, Fatpercent 33.4 over Again
From now on I will write in kilo rather than BMI as it is faster
After a very hard weekend with workshop and a visit at my mother with all the sweet stuff and fattening stuff in front of my eyes that I love and a very empty stomach
BMI: 28.7 Fatpercent 33.4 - I gained 1 kilo
Will try to focus more on my ceramics than on food !!

Skipping in between meals is a hard one - and a giving one
I weigh less now and have a lower fatpercent than in a year !
But it is hard !! - Yesterday(october 2nd) I ate peanut butter before going to sleep.. Quite a bit so over again with the tracker...
My brother - who is slender - told me that being hungry means that fat is used by the body - well eating some vitamins may be a good thing.?.
After some time yeah 16 days I will get used to not eating in between meals apart from some vegetables or maybe an apple..
I have found that drinking boiled water is a good and no calorie alternative
