Attitude makes the day!!

I started the day off waking up to find I hadn't set the alarm and the one on my fitbit blaze did not wake me up. I am usually up at 4:30 AM now to exercise. Today is a rest day from strength training so that was not a problem. I decided the extra sleep did me good. I got my shower and medications and got dressed and the garbage out. I was out the door at 6:15 AM. I got breakfast at Dunkin and will make up for the high calories throughout the day. I was only 10 minutes late for work even with parking out in a remote part of the parking lot.

Attitidue is what makes a day good or bad. One can look at mistakes made such as mine and let them ruin the day. I have gotten beyond that most days. After Dunkin, I rolled down the window and turned up the music on Sirius XM 60s radio channel. Rocked all my way to work (85 miles one way).

I just got back from my walk. I cut it a bit short because the heat index is well above 90 here in upstate New York (way upstate). It is supposed to get cooler the next few days. My walk went well. Here are my Fitbit results:

Remember that attitude is what will defeat you. If you don't make mistakes and have failures, you will not succeed. Let your attitude be positive and optimistic.
